How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?

We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For herringbone or complex patterns, a 20% buffer is suggested.

What is the typical shipping time for Elite Tile orders?

Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, transit time via freight or ground shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days.

Can I order samples before committing to a full purchase?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the color, texture, and finish in your home's unique lighting. Samples are generally shipped via express mail.

What is your return policy for overage or unused boxes?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if my tile arrives damaged?

While we pack our tiles securely, breakage can occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and note any damage on the driver's Bill of Lading. Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos to initiate a replacement.

Are your tiles suitable for both floor and wall applications?

Suitability depends on the specific material and its PEI rating. While most of our tiles are perfect for walls, only those rated for floor use should be installed underfoot. Please check the product specifications on each page.
