At Elite Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement project. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, boxed tiles in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your tiles in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the RMA label clearly to the outside of the crates and ship the items back to our warehouse using a reliable carrier with tracking enabled.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard 20% restocking fee.
